Four story residence hall totaling 133,000 square feet which provided the first new residence hall at the university in over 30 years. The building was assembled from modular units fabricated off-site and assembled at the campus. The new residence hall provided over 400 beds in various bedroom configurations along with support areas.
Holy Family University Stevenson Lane Residence

Five-story, 67,400 square foot residence hall to accommodate 148 students. The first floor features a fitness room, game room, vending room, and a multipurpose room. Green design was incorporated throughout the building.
Ramapo College Village Dormitories

The Village dormitories consist of twenty-two three-story buildings that provide housing for a total of 524 students. The apartments each have four single bedrooms, a large bath, a full kitchen, and a dining area / living room.
Drexel University Stiles Hall

Stiles Hall is a sixteen-story residence tower with two levels of below grade parking. A. W. Lookup provided the structural engineering for the original building which was extensively renovated in 2003.
