Rayburn House Congressional Office Building

The Rayburn House Office Building is the congressional office building for the U.S. House of Representative located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C. between South Capitol Street and First Street. Rayburn is named after former Speaker of the House Sam Rayburn. Is was completed in 1965 and at 2.375 million square feet is the largest congressional office building and the newest House office building (the only newer congressional office building is the Hart Senate Office Building, completed in 1982). A. W. Lookup was one of the two structural engineering firms that worked on the project.

Medium security correctional complex with six two-story housing modules to accommodate six hundred inmates. Other buildings in the complex provide for security, visitation, administration, maintenance, education, food services, vocational training, and recreation.

City Hall Tower Restoration

A. W. Lookup Corporation served as the primary design professional for the restoration of this historic landmark. Restoration of the tower included recladding of the uppermost 200 feet.
