The Village at Orchard Ridge

The first phase of The Village at Orchard Ridge CCRC consists of three and four story apartment buildings, a Commons building, the Chapel, a three story Assisted Living building, and cottages. Structural systems include load bearing studs and structural steel construction, open web steel joists and steel supported concrete slabs on metal deck, as well as wood framed cottages. Phase I construction is about 402,000 square feet.

Cypress Cove CCRC

Cypress Cove life care retirement community is located on Health Park Florida’s 400 acre campus and includes the community center with the main dining room overlooking a lake, wellness center, multipurpose room, and other amenities. Phase I included 212 apartments, 30 villas, 42 assisted living apartments, and a 64 bed health center. Phase II included 105 apartments, a café, and additional assisted living.

Providence Point CCRC

Providence Point is a new 845,000 square foot continuing care retirement community located on a 32 acre hilltop site southwest of Pittsburgh. The six and seven story apartment wings share a landscaped courtyard that covers the underground parking garage. The facility also includes the commons building, wellness center, health center, assisted living, and 35 patio homes.

Kirkland Village CCRC

Kirkland Village is a continuing care retirement community that is part of the not-for-profit PHI/Presbyterian Homes network. The main facility was completed in two phases and includes 162 independent living apartments with integral lower level parking, 33 assisted living apartments, and 60 skilled nursing beds. The Fitness and Aquatic Center was completed in 2007.

Lutheran Community at Telford Healthcare Pavilion

Four story skilled care building about 65,000 square feet to provide care for 75 skilled nursing residents and 26 memory support residents. Structure consists of steel stud bearing walls and reinforced concrete floors on long span composite steel deck.

Samaritan Summit Village
Watertown, New York

The 288 bed Senior Living Facility includes a three story wood framed assisted living facility, a four story steel stud bearing wall and precast plank 168 unit skilled nursing facility, and a shared Commons building linking the two facilities. The total size of the project is about 230,000 square feet.

Peabody Retirement Community
North Manchester, Indiana

Over 200,000 square feet of new facilities were added to the seventy year old Peabody Retirement Community. The additions included a state-of-the-art 126 bed skilled care facility, a 48 unit memory care building, and a 72 unit assisted living facility arranged in smaller-scale neighborhoods with access to secure courtyards and activity areas.

St. Camillus Skilled Nursing Addition

The project included extensive renovations to the existing 192 bed skilled care facility and two additions with assisted living and skilled care units. The two-story additions totaled approximately 36,000 square feet and helped create a secure courtyard for memory care residents.

Coburg Village Independent Living Apartments

The project includes additions and renovations to the existing facility. The new buildings include 99,500 square feet of three story wood framed apartments and a 11,000 square foot Commons addition that provides an assembly room, café pavilion, new main entry, mechanical space, and service dock. Renovation of the existing Commons building tied the new construction to the existing facility.
